Max rentals are subject to background checks, normally we will only rent out large quantities to limited companies or PLC’s. HireTablets.co.uk holds a very large stock of devices, so subject to acceptance,  customers typically can acquire as much hardware as they require.

Generally yes, but we will carry out background checks and reserve the right to refuse business with anyone.

No, Transit Days are typically not billed. Most deliveries are made by internal fleet of event technicians and couriers ensuring a same day hand over of iPad and IT on hire.

Most HireTablets customers are Global corporate partners and you are entitled to take products overseas. Discuss your requirements with your account manager as a number of our overseas offices could add value and offer localised assistance or support with customs and other legal issues when taking IT hardware overseas.

Insurance and Damager cover may be purchased as part of your rental.

HireTablets.co.uk reserves the right to charge for the cost of replacement and send a replacement. Sending out another iPad may be subject to additional p&p costs too. Please let us know immediately when an iPad or tablet is lost or stolen so we are informed and can take necessary action to help you with a replacement.

We fully expect electronic assetson Hire to show some signs of wear and tear over time, light brush marks and minor scrapes are all acceptable. We want you to enjoy using your rental iPad or Laptop and not feel like you have a huge liability on your hands.

We charge fair rates for delivery and pickup, we do not make a profit on these charges, because prices will vary all the time, please call us for the latest rate.

We understand that it's not always possible to stick to agreed deadlines at all times, sometimes people forget to return the devices after a long an exhausting business event or exhibition. We can allow for a few days delay, but bare in mind we will add the extra days rental fees as per our rental fees schedule.
You may cancel your rental at any time without penalty as long as you inform us 48 hours prior to the rental start date. For cancellations after that threshold, you will be subject to a 20% administration fee of the total rental cost. You are welcome to return the iPad or assets early, however we will not be able to refund you for the remaining rental period which you have not used.

Yes, you are free to cancel up to 48 hours before a rental for average sized orders

As with all rental services, rentals are only allowed for 18+, anyone under 18 will need to get someone over 18 to rent for them.
